Dricus Du Plessis has just defeated Israel Adesanya by Submission to remain the MIDDLEWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD.
Dircus du Plessis handed Israel Adesanya his second successive defeat in the UFC with a choke submission in the middleweight title fight on Sunday.
Both fighters were equally matched in the first three rounds before Adesanya’s error in the fourth round cost him a chance to reclaim title.
