After many years of unsubstantiated claims, which made many to shun eggs eating or mere eating the white part!, then, the American Heart Association (AHA) revised its dietary guidelines and recommended an egg a day for an adult!

One egg has 75 calories with 7 grams of high quality protein, 5grams of fat, and 1.6grams of saturated fat,along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids.
