Anyway, there is still possibility of merging Stream I and Stream II registration together. I would advise you just register with this stream, then if there is room for Batch B Stream II you can easily revalidate and join them. Although, the Director General (DG) of NYSC is yet to say anything regarding to it. Therefore, NYSC Batch B Stream 2 is still tentative.
