The claimant, Peter Abang, had instituted the suit challenging the CCT’s jurisdiction in prosecuting Mr Onnoghen.

Mr Abang’s counsel, James Igwe, at the resumed hearing on Thursday, informed the court that the AGF had served him with four processes on Wednesday.

The processes were: notice of preliminary objection, counter affidavit to the interlocutory injunction, counter affidavit to the originating summon and application challenging the jurisdiction of the court.
