BREAKING: North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un Is Dead?
Rumours are spreading that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un may have died after reportedly suffering a brain haemorrhage.
The 42-year-old leader is at the centre of growing speculation following claims that he fell into a coma and was rushed to China for emergency medical treatment.
The claims were shared on social media by Chinese political activist Wanjun Xie, who alleged that Kim died despite receiving treatment and that his body was secretly returned to North Korea.
There are also unverified claims that Chinese troops have been sent to Pyongyang amid uncertainty over who could take power, with Kim’s daughter, Kim Ju-ae, and his younger sister, Kim Yo-jong, both being discussed as possible successors.
However, there has been no official confirmation that Kim Jong-un has died, and none of the claims about his health, death or a possible transfer of power have been independently verified.
