Manchester City’s past Premier League triumphs appear set to remain untouched regardless of the punishment that eventually follows.
According to The Athletic, Manchester City are not expected to have any of their previous Premier League titles stripped or redistributed as part of the disciplinary process. The expectation is that potential sanctions will be forward-looking rather than retrospective, meaning the league would punish the club without rewriting the final standings and champions of previous seasons.
Under this expected approach, clubs that finished behind Manchester City in title races would not retrospectively receive those trophies. The historical results would therefore remain in the record books, while any sporting punishment would affect City from the point at which the sanction takes effect.
The situation remains part of an ongoing legal process. Reports emerged on September 25 that an independent commission had found Manchester City guilty on the majority of the Premier League charges, but the full judgment and the precise sanctions had still not been officially published. City have maintained their position and are expected to continue challenging the findings.

It is worth noting that during the 2009/10 to 2017/18 period at the centre of the Premier League case, Manchester City won three league titles — in the 2011/12, 2013/14 and 2017/18 seasons.
