BREAKING: Trump Led US Strikes Iran For First Time Since Ceasefire Agreement Signed [DETAILS]
The United States has conducted “powerful” strikes on Iranian missile and drone storage sites, according to US Central Command.
This is the first instance of a US attack since the memorandum of understanding was signed between the two nations.
It said the attacks, which also targeted coastal radar sites, came as retaliation for an Iranian attack on a commercial ship yesterday.
The US says Iran hit M/V Ever Lovely on 25 June with a one-way attack drone.
Earlier today, Donald Trump called it a “foolish violation” of the ceasefire.
The strikes came shortly after Trump told reporters “you’ll find out” whether the US would respond to the drone attack.
Iranian media have reported that a projectile struck the area around a pier in Sirik in southern Iran.
