BREAKING: Arsenal Vs PSG 2026 UCL Final Confirmed
Bayern Munich 1-1 PSG (5-6 agg): Early Dembele strike sends holders to another Champions League final despite late Kane strike
Paris Saint-Germain earned the chance to defend their Champions League trophy in the final against Arsenal after a 1-1 win with Bayern Munich secured a 6-5 aggregate victory in the semi-final.
After last week’s 5-4 thriller in the first leg in Paris, this was a much more controlled display by the holders, who went ahead after three minutes through Ousmane Dembele, with Harry Kane’s added-time finish coming too late for the hosts to mount a serious comeback.
In truth, Kane – alongside Michael Olise and Luis Diaz – was unable to provide the same threat he did eight days ago as the Bundesliga giants were frusrated by the Parisiens, who also missed a number of chances to extend their lead.
All eyes will now be on Budapest on May 30 as PSG as they defend their status as European champions against Arsenal, who are bidding for Champions League glory for the first time after beating Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night.
