It is advantage Arsenal in the title race after Manchester City’s 3-3 draw away to Everton.

Everton and Manchester City have drawn in an instant classic, as City stayed alive in the Premier League title race.

After a first half largely dominated by Manchester City, Jeremy Doku put the visitors ahead in the 43rd minute with a superb left-footed strike from the edge of the box that curled just inside the far post to beat Jordan Pickford.

Everton substitute Thierno Barry equalized in the 68th minute following a brutal error from Marc Guehi in the box as he attempted to pass back to the keeper. Five minutes later, the massive underdog hosts took the lead as Jake O’Brien headed in a James Garner corner.

Then Everton looked as though they had put the game away in the 81st minute when Merlin Rohl rolled one in front of Barry for an easy tap-in to give the hosts a 3-1 lead, but it was almost immediately trimmed as Erling Haaland streaked down the middle for a crucial second City goal.

City then clawed back a point in dramatic fashion late in stoppage time as Doku delivered his second spectacular goal of the game, a mirror image of his first from the right side, to secure a 3-3 draw
