Nigerian singer, Sabinus Chukwuebuka Nelson, popularly known for his hit song ‘Show Your Style,’ is dead.
The Genius Media Nigeria learnt that the singer was reportedly assassinated on Tuesday night after being shot by unknown gunmen at a hotel in Lagos State.
Confirming the demise to Daily Sun, the singer’s younger brother, identified as Kingsley, said the authorities have commenced investigations into the shooting.
Further details are expected to be released as the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident remain sketchy at the time of filing this report.
In other news, Nigerian singer, Ice Prince, has shared that quitting smoking and cutting out alcohol, soda, and energy drinks has transformed his life.
The Oleku singer revealed that stepping away from cigarettes has made him a happier and healthier person, describing himself as feeling “unchained and saved.”
He made this known on his 𝕏 page on Tuesday night.
The musician also noted that he has been nearly a year free from alcohol and other sugary or caffeinated drinks.
Ice Prince said this lifestyle change has brought him lasting satisfaction and plans to maintain it for the rest of his life.
He wrote: “Quitting Loud and cigarette is by far the best decision i ever made in my life… from a chronic smoker to a very Happy Non Smoker, God is the greatest !!!! Feeling Unchained and Saved.
