This is coming amid confusion that has risen due to the uncertainty regarding the next governor of Lagos state.

Governor Babajide Sanwoolu is on his second term and is gradually winding up. Another person is expected to emerge and even though names have been getting thrown around, there haven’t been any certainty regarding who it would be.

The politics in Lagos state has a structure, and whoever becomes what is determined by some group of people with the approval of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Some of the names that have come up for the Lagos governorship seat include Hakeem Muri-Okunola, Femi Gbajambiamila, Seyi Tinubu, Femi Hamzat and now, Tunji Alausa
