Popular Senator, Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, known affectionately as Yayi, encourages entrepreneurs to seize the opportunity that trade fairs present. These events are excellent platforms for showcasing, promoting, and increasing the visibility of their products.
During the recently wrapped 3-day Ogun West MSME Trade Fair in Ota, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State which place on Friday, November 7, 2025, Senator Adeola highlighted the crucial role of ongoing innovation and digital literacy in driving business growth.
The Ogun West lawmaker at the Senate urged entrepreneurs, particularly those in the agri-business sector, to leverage modern digital marketing techniques and online platforms to reach wider audiences beyond their local markets.
The trade fair, themed: “MSME as a Catalyst for Economic Growth,” was organized by Senator Adeola in collaboration with the Federal Cooperative College, Oji River, Enugu State.
According to him, the event was designed to provide over 100 agri-business entrepreneurs with a valuable opportunity to exhibit their products, interact with potential investors, and explore new business networks that can drive regional and national economic development.
