Amid Hunger, Insecurity, Femi Fani-Kayode Says God’s Sword Will Cut Down Opponents Trying To Remove Tinubu In 2027
Amid rising insecurity and biting inflation under Bola Tinubu’s administration, former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has declared that Tinubu cannot be removed in 2027, insisting that “God’s sword” will destroy his opponents.
In a fiery post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday, Fani-Kayode warned that a “tsunami” awaits those plotting to unseat Tinubu in the next general elections.
Quoting scripture, the outspoken politician claimed that critics of the President would be scattered and their ambitions crushed, describing them as “icebergs approaching the tropics.”
“A massive Tsunami awaits those that seek to remove Tinubu from office in 2027. They will be blown away by the East Wind of destruction & their lofty dreams & vain ambitions shall melt away like an iceberg approaching the tropics,” he wrote.
Fani-Kayode, one of Tinubu’s most loyal allies, insisted that the President’s “Renewed Hope” agenda is unstoppable and divinely ordained to reach its full manifestation by 2031.
“The Sword of the Lord shall cut them down and the Lord of Hosts shall dash them to pieces! Nothing can stop the wind of reformation and change that is blowing through our great country! Nothing can prevent the Finger of God from achieving His purpose!” he added.
His remarks come at a time when public anger is mounting over the cost-of-living crisis, widespread insecurity, and accusations of poor governance.
Despite this, Fani-Kayode maintained that Tinubu’s leadership is secured by divine backing and warned opponents to abandon their “vain ambitions.”
