BREAKING: Bayern Reach Agreement To Sign Nicolas Jackson From Chelsea On Second Attempt
Bayern Munich have reached an agreement to sign Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.
The Senegal international has been at the centre of one of the most chaotic transfer sagas in recent memory over the past few days, but he is now set to finally complete a move to Bayern.

Jackson already agreed a 5 year deal at Bayern for summer 2026, €15m loan fee confirmed by the club.

Despite all the drama, the loan fee involved has remained the same, €15m actually gone up (!), to €16.5m There’s no word on what the obligation might be, but the previous agreement carried with it an €80m option. Presumably the obligation will be something significantly less, barring any more Houdini moves from the sporting directors.
Jackson was already in Munich having arrived at the start of the weekend to complete the previously agree loan. Chelsea pulled the plug on that in our blind panic following Liam Delap’s injury, but after successfully recalling Marc Guiu from his Sunderland loan just a few weeks after sending him there, and after Jackson refused to return to London, we appear to have salvaged the operation.
