William Troost-Ekong gave Nigeria the lead in the 38th minute from a corner kick before Frank Kessie drew level on 63 minute from an Ivorian corner. Sebastian Haller then scored the winner seven minutes from full time, flicking the ball over Stanley Nwabali from close range.
