BREAKING: #Arsenal Flop, Nicolás Pépé Joins #Trabzonspor—According to reports, Arsenal flop Nicolas Pepe is heading to Turkey to sign for Trabzonspor.
Pepe, who was linked with Saudi Arabian clubs, is now set to sign for Trabzonspor.
He made this known via his official twitter page
The 28-year old joined Arsenal from Lille in 2019 for a then club record £72million but has failed to make an impact and has been left without a squad number this season.
Pepe still had one year left on contract but will be allowed to join Trabzon as a free agent after his deal was mutually cancelled on Thursday.
Pepe was scheduled to fly to Turkey last night ahead of undergoing a medical on Friday morning.
He has agreed a one year deal with Trabzonspor who are seventh in the Turkish Super Lig.
