Omeruo linked up with Kasimpasa from the Spanish Segunda Division side, Leganes.
The financial terms and length of the contract were not disclosed by both clubs.
The 29-year-old spent the 2015/16 season on loan at Kasimpasa from Chelsea.
The centre-back rejoined the Apaches for a second loan stint in the 2017–18 season.
