He made this known while reacting to the viral video alleging that the igbos were locked out of there shops due to fall out of just concluded Gubernatorial election in Lagos.
In his post via his official twitter account he said IPOB plan is to further cripple the State allocation for the time being until all markets are relocated.
He wrote:
Biafrans in Lagos should be ready, in few days time. We will announce the date for the Biafrans/ Igbos sit at home in Lagos. It can’t get worst than this. Also we are bringing additional sanction to lagos, which is every Igbo/ Biafrans in Lagos must boycott the coming census in Lagos. Our target will be to further cripple the State allocation for the time being until all markets are relocated. If census comes during this time before declaration of Biafra or as the case maybe, we expect all igbo Biafrans to go back home for proper census incase of referendum. Let it be your second going home for Christmas. We will make sure that during this time, security is completely restored in Biafraland.

TGM gathered that Ekpa rose to prominence in July 2021, after he was announced as the lead broadcaster of Radio Biafra.
But shortly after his appointment, IPOB announced his disengagement because of his refusal to sign the rules of engagement in the operation of the radio station.
However, the Finland-based Nigerian has repeatedly pledged allegiance to Kanu and support for Biafra agitation, despite leading a faction of the IPOB called “Autopilots”.
He was recently arrested and released in Finland.
