WARNING!!! #Ojota, Mile 12, #Ketu Are No Go Areas [VIDEOS]—-The Genius Media Nigeria reports that Series of gunshots have been heard as unrest has been reported at Mile 12 area of Lagos causing chaos in Ketu and Ojota.
According to eye witnesses, “Unrest At Mile 12, Gunshots Heard There is unrest in the Mile 12 area of Lagos State with gunshots been heard on Friday. The voice behind the video said, “Everybody is turning back to Ikorodu, there is shooting, heavy shooting. You can see cars going back to Ikorodu inside”.
This online news Newspaper understands that suspected hoodlums are shooting sporadically at residents; attacking motorists and destroying vehicles.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa reportedly deployed Police officers to the scene, but it appeared the situation is out of control.
As at the time of filing this report there are indications that men of the military have been deployed to the scene to douse the tension.
On the other there had been reports of Cult clashes in Popoola, Beesam area of Mafoluku off MMA 2. According to eye witness, “ Just last night, I was on my way home and I got a call that one boy was killed and there was pandemonium in the area close to Oba Elewu’s Palace”.
