You would recall that Hilda Dokubo was a Special Assistant to the former Governor of Rivers State, Dr. Peter Odili, making us wonder shy she soooo much in sync with everyone called Peter and our investigations revealed that she served well in the office she handled for the government of Sir Peter Odili in Rivers State as a Special Assistant.
Quintessential Hilda Dokubo would be contesting for the Asalga/Akulga Federal Constituency in Rivers State.
