Black Market Dollar To Naira Today Thursday – Read the most recent updates on official dollar rates, as well as Black Market Dollar To Naira Exchange Rate Today, Bureau De Change (BDC), and Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) rates. What Is Today’s Official Dollar To Naira Exchange Rate?

According to data from the FMDQ Security Exchange, where forex is officially traded, the naira and the US dollar exchange rate opened at ₦413.86/$1 on Thursday, December 16th, after closing at ₦414.25 to a dollar on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021.

What is the current Black Market Dollar to Naira exchange rate? According to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources, on Thursday, December 16th, 2021, the exchange rate for a dollar to naira at the Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market or Abokifx ) Players sell at ₦568 for a dollar and Buy at ₦562 for a dollar.

Please be aware that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognize the parallel market (black market), and has advised individuals interested in trading Forex to contact their local banks.

Trading at the NAFEX official window On December 14, 2021, the naira and the US dollar exchange rate opened at 414.05/$1 and closed at ₦414.80/$.

On Tuesday, the naira fell against the dollar, closing at N414.80/$1. This is a 0.18 percent drop from the previous trading session’s N414.06, as the country’s external reserves continue to decline by $17 million.

The naira, on the other hand, remained stable against the dollar on Tuesday, closing at N575/$1. The rate was the same as the previous trading session.

The Investors and Exporters window exchange rate depreciated to N414.80/$1 on Tuesday, down 74 kobo from the previous trading session’s N414.06/$1. On Tuesday, December 14, the opening indicative rate increased by 2 kobo to close at N414.03/$1, up from N414.05/$1 in the previous trading session.

 

DOLLAR TO NAIRA

 

During intra-day trading, the highest rate recorded was N444/$1 before settling at N414.80/$1, and it sold for as low as N405/$1 before settling at N414.80/$1.

On Tuesday, forex turnover at the official window increased significantly by 211.14 percent to $377.88 million.
