BREAKING: Nigerian Footballers In Critical Conditions As Club Bus Crashes—According to reports, Ogun State-based football club, Easy Well FC was on Saturday involved in a fatal Accident with the driver of the ill-fated bus reported dead while players were critically injured while on their way to Ibadan for a scouting programme
The Genius Media Nigeria gathered that the accident occurred at Guru Bridge, Ibadan, Oyo State with the driver confirmed dead and most of the boys in critical conditions.
Coach of of the side, Coach Gafar Muhammed, who is an ex-Nigeria professional footballer, was part of the traveling team when the road mishap happened.
The cause of the accident is unclear at the time of this report but the injured players are receiving treatments in the hospital
Easy Well FC played the 2021 Ogun State FA Cup final but lost 4-0 to winners, Gateway United.
