BREAKING: Kemi Adeosun Eligible To Be Minister Without NYSC Certificate – Court—The Genius Media Nigeria reports that the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has held that former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, did not need a National Youth Service Corps discharge or exemption certificate to serve in that capacity.
TGM gathered that Justice Taiwo Taiwo gave the verdict on Wednesday in the case between her and the Attorney-General of the Federation.
Recall that she had resigned after it was reported that she forged an NYSC exemption certificate.
