An alleged mad man was arrested after he was caught by residents of his area with five human heads and mobile phones.
The mad man was caught on suspicion that he is a ritualist and a kidnapper who always terrorizes people in the Oye Ekiti area in Nigeria.
According to information, we gathered the mad man was being monitored after residents suspected he is evil.
