Former president aide, Reno Omokri has made a post condemning New Year Predictions many pastors in Nigeria make when a new year starts.
According to the activist, many of the predictions don’t come true and undermines the believers’ faith.
He wrote;
“I really wish pastors would stop giving New Year predictions. Many of them don’t come true. And many of those that do come true are so vague they could have referred to anyone. It undermines believers’ faith and, frankly are NOT necessary.”
The former aide also wrote that churches this new year should start holding Business Development Seminar.
He wrote;
“I know I may be insulted. But let me counsel Nigeria’s large churches. Instead of just a Holy Ghost Convention, this New Year, also hold a Business Development Seminar, so that believers can learn to work for MIRACLE MONEY and not just PRAY for it!
