Fani-Kayode, Shehu Sani React To Super Eagles’ Failure To Qualify For AFCON 2019 Final
Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation Minister, has described the semi-final match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and their Algerian counterparts as a great battle.
He said this while reacting to Super Eagles failure to qualify for the African Cup of Nations, AFCON, final in Egypt.
Fani-Kayode said the Super Eagles made Nigerians proud despite their loss.
In a tweet, he wrote: “Great battle and well fought @NGSuperEagles. Though we didn’t make it today you still did us proud. We love you!”

Also, former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani commended the Super Eagles despite their loss.
