There is tension currently as former President Olusegun Obasanjo escaped a plane crash alongside and 393 others Femi Fani-Kayode report.
Obasanjo and 393 others passengers were aboard an Ethiopian Airlines plane, today, Wednesday, May 29, 2019 while President Buhari’s inauguration was ongoing.
As at the time of filing this report, Femi Fani Kayode cannot tell if Obasanjo who was reported to have absented himself from the inauguration ceremony of President Muhammadu Buhari for a second term, was on his way to or from Ethiopia.
Reacting to the plane crash, FFK tweeted:
I just confirmed that an Ethiopian Airline plane in which our father and leader Pres. Obasanjo was flying ALMOST crashed.Baba I say, NOT TODAY! You shall not die now or anytime soon.None of us will.We shall live long to make Nigeria a better place and we shall bury our enemies!
