Brazil football legend, Pele, has backed Liverpool to win this season’s Premier League title ahead of Manchester City.
The Reds are currently in second place, one point behind City, following their 0-0 draw with Merseyside rivals Everton on Sunday.
However, Pele, in a social media birthday post to Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish, still thinks the Reds will overcome Pep Guardiola’s men in the title race.

“Happy birthday to Liverpool hero Kenny Dalglish.
“I backed @LFC to win the Premier League from the start. I still think they will do it,” the three-time World Cup winner said.
City have the chance to open up a four-point gap at the top of the table when they host Watford on Saturday, with Liverpool taking on Burnley 24 hours later.
