Tina Knowles Lawson, the mother of U.S singer, Beyoncé, has revealed that the the 22-time Grammy winner isn’t very skilled in the kitchen.
Beyoncé may be a superstar on stage but she’s no dab hand in the kitchen, according to her mother Tina Knowles.
The US businesswoman made this known during in an interview with Us Weekly The 65-year-old said:
“Beyoncé can’t cook”, adding that there is “no contest” when it comes to Beyoncé and sister Solange because Solange wins every time.
Despite the criticism in the kitchen, Knowles couldn’t help but gush over the “amazing” parents her daughters have become.
She told the publication:
“They are amazing parents. I’m most proud of the type of parents they are. They are truly authentic and themselves, no matter what. I taught them to change the world, don’t let it change you.”
Solange is mother to 14-year-old son Daniel Jr, whilst Beyoncé shares famous tot Blue Ivy, seven, and one-year-old twins Sir and Rumi with husband Jay-Z
The revelation comes after Beyoncé, full name Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, shared a string of snaps looking loved-up alongside her other half at friend Michael B Jordan’s 32nd birthday party.
The 37-year-old singing sensation enjoyed a night out with the rapper as they cuddled up on the sofa with drinks in hand.
