Who started #10YearChallenge? This is the question that most Internet users have been asking since the viral trend kicked off. But controversial media personality Kemi Olunoyo has said it is the handiwork of America’s CIA.
The challenge which has seen millions across the globe take part in it according to Kemi was introduced by the CIA to nab terrorists.
