ABUJA: The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted hazy and cloudy morning over the Central States of the country on Tuesday with increased cloudiness in the afternoon and evening hours.

NiMet’s Weather Outlook by its Central Forecast Office in Abuja on Monday also predicted day and night temperatures in the range of 32 to 39 and 23 to 27 degrees Celsius respectively.

It added that there were slim chances of thunderstorm over parts of Niger, Plateau, Kwara, Kogi, Benue and Nassarawa states.

The agency predicted that the southern states would experience partly cloudy to cloudy morning over most parts of inland and cloudy morning over coastal cities with chances of isolated thunderstorms over Calabar, Yenegoa, Eket, Uyo and Port Harcourt.
