After months of incarceration, Ex-Abia State Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu, has been freed from prison.
The Senator walked out of Kuje Correctional Centre after the completion of his release formalities.
His Warrant of Release was signed by Justice Liman and transmitted to prison authorities.
Liman of the Federal High Court, Lagos, had on Tuesday ordered Kalu’s release.

He set aside the trial, conviction and sentence of the former governor to 12 years imprisonment on December 5, 2019.
