Cristiano Ronaldo have taken to his Social Media platforms to share a workout video following Juventus 2-1 shock defeat at weekend, with his 2-year old daughter Alana, offering a helping hand.
Ronaldo who was not wallowing in the shock defeat to Hellas Verona at the weekend, stepped up the home fitness regime and shared it online with his 200 million Instagram followers, captioning it “No excuses 🤷🏽♂️💪”.
The Portuguese captain worked out on an exercise ball as two-year-old Alana sat on his stomach.

The footage appears to have been filmed by Ronaldo’s partner Georgina Rodriguez, who gave birth to Alana in November of 2017.
