The Supreme Court of Nigeria has scheduled to hear the Appeal of the PDP and Atiku/Obi, arising from the judgment of the Appeal Court, on Wednesday, October 30, 2019.

It will be recalled that PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar and President Muhammadu Buhari have been in court over the former’s petition against the conduct of the 2019 Presidential Elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission.

The PDP lost at the Election Tribunal after the Panel of Judges found President Buhari to be ‘Eminently qualified’ to hold the office of President.
