The Muslim woman wore a hijab for the ceremony. Both women were in a white dress as they posed surrounded by nature.

But a number of Twitter users did not agree that it progressed due to the fact that the couple is not only of different religions but also of same-s*x.

They condemned the union and insisted the Muslim woman is not a true Muslim because she ended up taking off her hijab.
