Daily Trust reports that before now, personnel with HND certificates were employed into the inspectorate cadre while those with Barchelor’s degree certificate are in the superintendent cadre. A statement by the secretary to the civil defence, fire, immigration and prisons services board, Al-Hassan Yakmut, confirmed the development adding that the approval came after a meeting on May 9 and 10.
