Senator Shehu Sani has mocked power distribution companies (Discos) over power outages experienced across the country.

Parts of the nation have been thrown into blackout since the beginning of the week as Discos grapple with power problems in the country.

In a tweet on Friday, the lawmaker who represents Kaduna Central at the National Assembly likened the President’s order to that of Discos ensuring Nigerians go to bed with their eyes closed.

President Muhammadu Buhari had on Thursday ordered heads of security agencies to ensure Nigerians sleep with their eye closed.
