Garden Brown is currently seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Construction Expeditor

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• • Organize and administrate all project paperwork, logs and electronic information utilizing ProjectMates or approved company software.
  • Expedite vendor and subcontractor procurement and delivery requirements.
  • Prepare project billings and expedite collections.
  • Administrate change order pricing solicitation and proposal preparation.
  • Administrate project cost system information for the estimate, adjustments and forecast to complete.

• Provide all administrative support for Project Manager(s) as assigned.

Requirements

• General knowledge of construction processes.
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. Trainable to “intermediate” level in other necessary software
• Associates degree in business or construction related field is desirable
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Positive “can do” attitude, organized, team player, “quick study” and perseverance
• Customer and relationship focused.
