COMPETENCE/QUALIFICATION
* Applicants must posses a minimum of HND certificate in cookery or its equivalent in any culinary school;
* Relevant Professional certificates in culinary;
* Membership of relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage;
* Inter personal relationship skill and ability to work independently;
* Multi tasking and ability to work under pressure;
* Must be creative and innovative;
* Must be good in both African and Continental Cuisines;
* Must be very good in Pastry, Cakes and Sugar Craft etc.
* Work experience : minimum of 5 years.
