An Ad-hoc staff of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was yesterday killed in Rivers state during the general elections.
Mrs Ibisika Amachree who served as an adhoc staff during the elections in Rivers state, was killed by a stray bullet while returning home after the elections in Degema.
Ibisika Amachree died before she could receive medical attention.
