Group Managing Director, Red Star Express Plc, Sola Obabori, stated that the upgrade was a necessary step for the company, as it looks to improve its operational processes. “We have realized that some of the criteria for Certification require that the Company be customer-focused, ensure timely pick-up and delivery of parcels and documents, have a system approach to management, provide continual improvement to processes, have mutually beneficial supplier relationships, as well as proving our commitment to maintaining quality on all levels.”

“By meeting the rigorous third-party ISO 9001:2015 certification process, we have demonstrated that we have the ability to meet our customers’ quality requirements, apply all relevant regulatory requirements, enhance customer satisfaction and ensure continuous improvements in line with these objectives. It also means that our customers have complete assurance that Red Star Express Plc operates to the highest quality standards and that all regulatory requirements are met when rendering service.” he added.
