Her BFF, Gayle King shared pictures from the party on social media post which shows what appears to be an intimate dinner.

“Happy birthday DEAR @oprah who did NOT want a bd cake so I requested the kind I like! It was delish perfect for the birthday girl.”
Oprah Winfrey was born on January 29, 1954 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to Vernita Lee who was an unmarried teen mother. Her first name is actually spelled Orpah as she was named after a figure in the Bible book of Ruth and is what is written on her birth certificate. However, many people mispronounced it as Oprah and so it stuck.
