BREAKING: Professor Ayodeji Badejo Succeeds Ibijoke Olatunji-Bello As New LASU VC
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has approved the appointment of Ayodeji Badejo as the vice-chancellor of Lagos State University (LASU).
The appointment was announced in a statement on Wednesday by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy Gbenga Omotoso.
Mrs Badejo, a Professor of Guidance and Counselling, was born on August 4, 1962.
She obtained a PhD and Master of Education in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Lagos.
Badejo succeeds Professor Ibijoke Olatunji-Bello, whose five-year tenure has expired.
Olatunji-Bello assumed office as LASU Vice-Chancellor in January 2021.
