The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released its Timetable and Schedule of Activities for the 2027 General Elections.

The details were contained in the Schedule of Activities signed by the Party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu.

The timetable outlines, among other activities, timelines for screening, appeals, and primary elections, as well as directives on the sale of nomination and expression of interest forms.

 

The Genius Media Nigeria reports that the party fixed ₦100,000,000 for its presidential form and ₦50,000,000 for the governorship position.

Aspirants for Senate seats are to pay ₦20,000,000, House of Representatives ₦10,000,000 and State House of Assembly is pegged at ₦6,000,000

The APC, in the statement, signed by its National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, reassured members, stakeholders, and Nigerians of its commitment to conducting a credible and transparent primary election that will further strengthen the Party’s internal democracy and consolidate its progressive ideals.

According to the released timetable, sale of forms will begin on Saturday, 25th April and run till Saturday, May 2nd, 2026.

This will be followed by the screening of aspirants for State Houses of Assembly, House of Representatives, the Senate and Governorship between 6th and 8th May.

The presidential screening will hold on Saturday, 9th May.

The presidential primary election is scheduled to take place between 15-16 May.
