Hilarious Moment Plus-sized Woman Falls Timaya During Performance [VIRAL VIDEO]
Nigerian singer, Inetimi Alfred Odon, better known as Timaya, fell off stage while trying to lift a plus-sized woman during a performance.
The Genius Media reports that the incident occurred during his ‘Ukwu’ performance at the Gbaramatu Christmas Carnival in Delta State.
In a now-trending video on social media, Timaya fell after the plus-sized woman jumped on him midday during his performance.
The singer later got up and continued his performance amid cheers from the crowd.
In other news, popular Nigerian singer, Omawumi Megbele, recently debunked Timaya’s claim that their colleague, Burna Boy, once ordered her and Waje to leave the studio for doubting him.
Timaya, in an interview in December 2024, claimed that Burna Boy once ordered Omawumi and Waje out of the studio because they doubted his prediction that he would eventually be paid to board a private jet.
However, Omawumi, during an interview with Naija FM Lagos, stated that the purported studio drama never happened.
The songwriter expressed anger at Timaya for involving her in such drama, stressing that it was an attempt to tarnish her brand’s reputation.
Omawumi also said that Timaya has been involved in many embarrassing situations she would never bring to the public, just because she wants to promote her music.
