Former Manchester United captain, Roy Keane, has declared that the Premier League title race “is over”.
Keane made this assertion while speaking on The Overlap’s Stick to Football podcast.

The Gunners beat Brentford 2-0 on Wednesday night, to restore their six-point lead at the top of the table.
Mikel Merino and Bukayo Saka got the goals for Mikel Arteta’s men.

Arsenal have also pulled nine points ahead of Chelsea, who suffered a shock 3-1 defeat to relegation-battlers Leeds United.

Addressing Arsenal legend Ian Wright, Keane’s former United teammate, Gary Neville, said: “You lot have got to win it. You’ve got to win the league this season.”
Keane then chipped in: “The league is over. It’s over. The league is over.”
