BREAKING: 32 Year Old Nigerian-American Rapper, OG Maco Is Dead [PHOTO]—–Nigerian-American rapper, OG Maco, known for the 2014 single “U Guessed It,” has d!ed at the age of 32 weeks after he suffered a self-inflicted gunsh0t wound.
The de@th of the rapper, born Benedict Chiajulam Ihesiba Jr., was confirmed by his family on social media.

“His life was a testament to resilience, creativity, and boundless love. Through his music, passion, and unwavering spirit, he touched so many lives and left a lasting impact.

According to TMZ, Maco was admitted to hospital on December 12 after suffering what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He spent two weeks in a coma before taking a turn for the worse and entering into critical condition.
Maco had battled some health issues over the years, including a serious car crash in 2016 that almost caused him to lose his right eye. In 2019, he was infected by flesh-eating bacteria.
“U Guessed It” earned Maco a Billboard Hot 100 hit with its remix featuring 2 Chainz. Atlanta-based rap label Quality Control signed him later that year, an imprint home to Quavo and Lil Baby, and formerly the City Girls, Offset , and Takeoff.
