BREAKING: Tottenham Goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario Breaks Ankle [PHOTO]—-Tottenham have confirmed that Italian goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario faces a long layoff after breaking his ankle.
But Tottenham confirmed on Monday night the Italian has since needed an operation – which is likely to mean a long lay-off.
He was given on-pitch treatment at the Etihad and was seen limping away from the stadium afterwards.

Now Spurs have said in a statement: “We can confirm that Guglielmo Vicario has today undergone surgery for a fracture of his right ankle.
Guglielmo will be assessed by our medical staff to determine when he can return to training. We’re all behind you, Vic.”
