BREAKING: Three US Courts Reportedly Reject Tinubu’s Appeal to Stall Chicago State University‘s Release Of Academic Records – David Hundeyin
It appears all efforts by President Bola Tinubu and his legal team to appeal and block the release of his academic records from the Chicago State University has failed.
The school is now complying and making the release available to Atiku Abubakar’s lawyers.
The Nigerian Investigative Journalist, David Hundeyin disclosed that Tinubu’s Lawyers have approached three different courts in the US today to delay the release of Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Academic records at the Chicago State University, but all of them declined the request.
Hundeyin also noted that the lawyers begged Atiku Abubakar’s team to shift the disposition tomorrow from 10am to 12noon so as to buy time, but they refused as well.
