She made this known via her verified twitter page. According to her, after arresting these guys, they take them to nearby police station, extort N500K from them knowing they are leaving the country. The young men are then released and possibly minutes to their flights or missed flights.
She wrote:

Stopping Uber and Bolt cabs randomly and detaining young men japaing making them miss their flights. When they take them to the nearby police station they extort N500K from them knowing they are leaving the country.
